Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the items securely in their original Boardwalk Beads pouch and box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
